We hope that you will be happy with your purchase from Palm & Sage. If you do want to return an item, for whatever reason, it must be returned to us within 14 days of you advising that you wish to return the item. Notice that you intend to return an item must be made in writing or via e mail within 14 days of you receiving the item.
If you need to cancel your order, this must be done in writing, via e-mail, prior to despatch of your order. If your order has already been despatched you will be responsible for returning the item and all related postage costs.
When returning your item, you must ensure that the item is securely packaged to prevent any damage in transit. You are responsible for the item until it has been received and inspected by our customer service team.
We are unable to accept returned items that have been used, damaged, marked or scratched.
In all cases items must be returned in their original new condition with all original packaging and tags attached. If tags have been removed or the packaging is damaged we will be unable to accept the return.
The cost of returning unwanted items is your responsibility. We strongly advise you to send items via a tracked postal service as we are unable to provide a refund where the item is not received by us.
Items that are returned and received by us after the 14 day return period will not be refunded. We aim to process refunds within 14 days of receipt of the returned item.

Faulty Goods / Errors
We work carefully to ensure that all of our items are delivered in the safest possible way and that they arrive to you in perfect condition. In the event that your item has arrived damaged or if there is an error with the item you have received, please email us within 3 days of receipt to advise. We will contact you to discuss replacement of the item or component part. We cannot accept responsibility of damages after 3 days from date of delivery.
What You Can’t Send Back
Anything that’s ordered to your specific requirements, is personalised or otherwise can't be resold due to a bespoke element.
Once an item has been received and inspected by our customer services team, we aim to process refunds within 14 days. Refunds are made using the same method of payment as used at the time of purchase.
